BUYERS BEWARE - Selecting the Right Contractor
Cole Concrete has been in licensed and insured since 1984. We have all the required licenses and insurances (Maryland Home Improvement Commission General Contractor License, General liability, property damage, workman’s compensation insurance, etc.) to protect our customers’ interests.
Beware of hiring / contracting with any “Contractor” who doesn’t have these current “must haves” in place. Maryland law requires it and so should you! Unfortunately the Baltimore metro area has many individuals who claim to be licensed / legal contractors. Please do yourself a favor and request proof of a current MHIC license and copies of the above mentioned certificates of insurance. You can also go on the MHIC website yourself to check for the license. Don’t become a victim of a scam or shoddy workmanship!
